How often we are bombarded with "mid life crisis" and similar adage thrown upon us and we are left with apprehensions about it. But on proudly reaching this milestone I can say that it's not a crisis but rather the bestest and greatest age to be. It's an age where you have crossed all the uncertainties and confusions of the teenage. It's an age where you know what you want and somewhere you are near your life goals. You are more confident about yourself and are not concerned about the way people look at you or the way they think about you, in a way people atmid life are living the life they want to live not dictated by anyone but decided by them. By this age we are more settled in our relationships, we are not going through settling issues of a newly married couples dealing issues with each other families by this time we have more of accepted and adjusted with people around us and we are more free of unnecessary expectations in a relationship. Mid life is a time when we have come to terms with every thing around us and especially in terms with our selves. We know what are the things we love doing but had stopped doing because of any reasons. This is the best time to catch up with all that was left behind. To revive and relive the long lost relationships with more wisdom and understanding. To restart with things we always wanted to. Learn things start new hobbies after all its a new version of us. Which has more wisdom, more experience plus more efficiency than our younger counter parts. So wear your sports shoes tie your laces and gear up your self as we are starting second marathon.
