Settling with my period days during my Teens was difficult .

At the on set of my periods at the age of thirteen it was difficult for me to adjust during those days especially intially calculating the day of mensuratl cycle , how often to change the pad depending uopn the flow .The fear of getting stained publicly and worst the pad getting displaced especially when you are playing some sports was always lurking in my mind. Wish there was as detailed information available .
